And now some jeeping art...

This time I show you one commissioned artwork for the "Classic Motor Club del Bages", at Catalonia, Spain.

They offered this drawing as a prize during the last edition of the Guixaró. And it was got by mr. Josep L. Cardona.

Really, these last months I have taken a lot of Willys and jeep related photos, but I haven´t got enough time to upload them here or just update this blog. Sorry!

Well, these´re some of them!

This one shows me posing with a gift that I got several years ago, a CJ3B grille, which I would like to use as decoration at my workplace. In fact, I´m posing there! The t-shirt that I´m wearing was designed several years ago for the Spanish Club Jeep Willys Clásico ( http://jeepwillys.galeon.com/ ) and it shows a Spanish Viasa CJ3B model too.

This is a Willys MB shot that I discovered in one of my trips. A nice jewel, which belongs to an old man, proud of his vehicle!

As you could see, this particular one was a demob from the French army: windscreen, hood, Kléber tyres and rear view mirror. Also, the typical Armée khaki drab paint! I think this jeep was remanufactured at France after WW2, at La Maltournée, using spare parts from WW2 surplus and Willys-Hotchkiss M201 too.

And now, the presentantion of my Frankenjeep, or "saladejeep", which was done at French magazine "4x4 Story Spécial Jeep", issue 12.
